Patron is a household mail buffer. A person gets a real address at patron.email. Patron receives the mail first.
We store the original in encrypted form. We use xAI in the United States (grok-4.6) to classify mail and write a plain-language summary.
Authorized people may see copies or summaries when the household opted in for that kind of mail. Medical, money, and legal mail are separate choices.
We do not sell mail. We do not use Facebook. We do not send SMS. We do not put medical text, account numbers, or sign-in codes in phone alerts. We do not file reports with police or Adult Protective Services.
The person who sets up the mailbox says they have authority: they are the person, the person asked them, or they have a power of attorney or court order on file. We do not read that document in this draft.
A lawyer will update this page before the first production mailbox.
